We are a fourth generation, family owned and operated cattle ranch in Grant County, Oregon. Our ranch consists of 12,000 privately owned acres and 16,000 acres of National Forest allotment. We produce an annual average of 900 F1 Red Angus/Hereford calves. Our cattle are ethically raised and managed; they are entirely free of artificial hormone treatment and strictly grown on open ranges with only natural grass.
Our team consists of lifetime cattle producers, formally trained welders and fabricators, formally trained heavy equipment mechanics, graduate-level business degrees, expertise in noxious weed and water law, licensed CDL drivers, and people who possess unique life skills. This advantage gives us little reason to cut corners and rely on a substandard product. We are an entirely self-contained cattle ranch.
To ensure we feed our cows only natural grass through Eastern Oregon’s harsh winters, we internally grow and harvest over 3,600 tons of hay annually. We take great pride in our ranch and are proud to say we don’t value quantity over quality. We strictly avoid unnatural and unethical methods of cattle production, to ensure we produce the healthiest beef possible, which we proudly consume ourselves.
Our mission is simple; to produce the finest Red Angus/Hereford cattle in the United States, through responsible and ethical livestock production and land use. We don’t raise cows for purely for income, we do it as a way of life.
